This form is designed to help you submit a Time Off request through Outlook.
Here's how it works:
  • It will send a meeting request to the people you choose and also to the DoIT TIME OFF Calendar for you.
  • The request will show as "Free" on their calendars (not "Busy") and won't have a reminder.
  • On your calendar, it will appear as "Out of Office" (OOF).
  • The recipients can reply to the meeting request (like Accept or Decline), and you'll be notified of their responses.
  • If you're taking multiple days off, consider using the "All Day" option.
